AgeLinc is now open for in-person visits!

All Medicare, Benefit Access and any other AgeLinc appointments can be done in-person, over the phone or via Zoom, whichever works best for you. 

Per IDPH guidelines, we no longer require wearing a mask on premises.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information

As of 6/11/2021, Illinois entered Phase 5 of Restore Illinois, which means all sectors of the economy reopen with businesses, schools and recreation resuming normal operations with new safety guidance and procedures.  Conventions, festivals and large events can take place.

Vaccination Clinics

Please call your doctors office, local pharmacy or county health department (phone numbers listed below) to determine if you are eligible for a vaccine.  Also verify they take walk-ins or to schedule an appointment.

Please contact your healthcare provider or county health department if you are homebound or you know someone who is homebound.  Mobile vaccination is now taking place.

Any older adult who is concerned about accessing food during the pandemic is encouraged to reach out to us so we can refer you to the Nutrition Provider in your county that can help you sign up for delivered meals.
