Community Education – Choices in Long-Term Care

Join Kate Schwartz as she discusses Choices in Long-Term Care. The presentation will consist of an overview of the different types of long-term care facilities that are available and their corresponding levels of care, things to look for when choosing a facility, and common problems that are encountered in facilities.

Community Education Programs are FREE, monthly, one-hour sessions open to the general public. These programs are presented virtually and in person by professionals on various topics related to navigating aging concerns at 5:30 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
AgeLinc tracks specific demographic information from participants of our programming in compliance with the reporting requirements of The Illinois Department on Aging. All information requested in the registration for this event will be used solely for the purpose of demographic reporting and will be kept confidential. Participant information gathered during registration will help maintain funding for future free AgeLinc programming.
