Community Education – Living With & Caring for Those with Serious Illness: Receiving the Right Care at the Right Time

Serious Illness is defined as any health condition that negatively impacts a person’s daily function or excessively strains the caregiver. Join us as Julie Bobell, Advance Care Planning Coordinator with Memorial Health System explains the services to help support you or your loved ones through a serious illness. She will also provide tools and resources to help navigate the difficult conversations that come with living with and caring for those with a serious illness.
Community Education Programs are FREE, monthly one-hour sessions open to the general public. These programs are presented virtually and in-person by professionals on various topics related to navigating aging concerns.
