Lunch & Learn – Short Term Care vs. Long Term Care, Questions to Consider

Participants will learn about the differences between short-term care and long-term care.  Topics to be discussed during the presentation include payment options; transitioning from the hospital; types of therapy and services; and what to expect from admission to discharge.
