Need help paying for vision, dental, or hearing?

Agelinc has grant funding which can be used to help with expenses for vision, dental and hearing aids not covered by Medicare or other insurance. Funds are available now until June 2026 and are first come, first served until grant funding is spent. Costs of equipment/ procedure are paid directly to your provider.

To qualify:

• Must reside in Sangamon County
• Must be 55 or older.
• Participant’s insurance must be used first if available.
• Limited to $500 maximum per person.
