The Older Americans Act (OAA) requires Area Agencies on Aging to determine the extent of need for supportive services (services such as legal assistance, family caregiver services, nutrition services) when preparing Area Plans and to evaluate the resource effectiveness in meeting these local needs. 

AgeLinc conducts this survey annually and asks for your feedback.  The survey is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
