The coupons will be distributed through October 31st or when they run out, whichever comes first.
Five $10 coupons will be given, only one coupon book per person per year.
Eligibility based on income.
You will need to be 60 years of age or older, bring your ID and fill out an application. If someone will be a proxy for the applicant, the proxy will need to have their ID as well as the applicant’s ID.
Come by and pick up some coupons at our office, Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 3:00 pm, while they last.
